Senate Democrats indicated Tuesday they may not agree to narrow legislation that would end the separation of children from parents who cross into the country illegally at the southern border.
Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., refused to say if he and other Democrats would support a bill that Republicans are working on, and when pressed, said several times that President Trump should act on his own to stop these family separations from happening.
"Let's hope we never get to that. Let's hope the president does the right thing and solves the problem, which he can do," Schumer said. "That's the simple, easiest and most likely way this will happen."

They are trying to get Trump to ignore the law just like Obama did. Then they can attack him later while at the same time it justifies Obama’s actions. All democrat motives are dark like that.

I think you are correct. The Democrats need to create a smoke screen to prevent the FBI/DOJ news from the public and they see this as the only way to keep from being destroyed. I’m hoping that someone will be able to penetrate the communications channels that they use to orchestrate these events. It’s obvious that they have a daily teleconference where the plan of the day is determined then sub-conferences among Democrat/media/acadamia members finalize their talking points and written propaganda.
