Full title:Judicial Watch Files House Ethics Complaint Against Maxine Waters For Inciting Violence and Assaults on Trump Cabinet

In encouraging individuals to create “crowds” who will “push back” on President Trump’s Cabinet members at private business establishments and in seemingly trying to prevent these Cabinet officials from obtaining basic necessities without fear of assault and violence, Rep. Waters seems to be violation of House rules…

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch today sent a hand-delivered letter to the chairman and co-chairman of the House Office of Congressional Ethics calling for an investigation into whether Rep. Maxine Walters (D-CA) violated House ethics rules by encouraging violence against Trump administration Cabinet members.

Rep. Maxine Waters addressed a rally in Los Angeles on Saturday, June 23, telling a crowd:

“If you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd and you push back on them! And you tell them that they are not welcome, anymore, anywhere.” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-1Fu3g1MGHY

In today’s letter to the Office of Congressional Ethics co-chairman, Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton writes:

In encouraging individuals to create “crowds” who will “push back” on President Trump’s Cabinet members at private business establishments and in seemingly trying to prevent these Cabinet officials from obtaining basic necessities without fear of assault and violence, Rep. Waters seems to be violation of House rules, specifically:

A Member, Delegate, Resident Commissioner, officer, or employee of the House shall conduct himself at all times in a manner that shall reflect creditably on the House. [House Rule 23, clause 1.]

We hereby request that the Office of Congressional Ethics conduct a preliminary investigation into whether Rep. Maxine Waters violated House Rules in encouraging attacks on Cabinet officials.

“Rep. Maxine Waters incited violence and assault against members of President Trump’s Cabinet,” stated Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “It is urgent that the House ethics quickly act to hold her accountable for this dangerous incitement.”

And they think they will win if it becomes a shooting war - not because they will outgun those they try to crush but because the “martyrs” they are so willing and eager to sacrifice will cause enough uproar that the gubmint will squash those trying to defend themselves....

Will this go anywhere? How can someone who is NOT a member of the House file a House ethics complaint? Does Tom Fitton have “standing”? (Not that I don’t approve of this filing. I’d like to file a complaint myself.)

Fake headline.

This is just a letter.

An actual complaint requires two Board Members of the Office of Congressional Ethics.

The Office of Congressional Ethics is one of those cushy jobs that go to former Congressmen and other insiders.

Excerpt:

“Submissions to the OCE

The OCE accepts submissions from the public about alleged violations of ethics rules and laws by Members, officers, and employees of the House of Representatives. A submission only prompts a preliminary review if it describes a violation that is within the jurisdiction of OCE and the OCE Board determines if there is sufficient basis to authorize a preliminary review. Pursuant to House Rules, all investigations are confidential and the OCE does not comment regarding any pending investigation. Information on what should be included in a submission to the OCE is outlined here.”

The funny thing is, and I know MANY mid level federal law enforcement people and military officers; they all, to a man, state they’ll have nothing to do with the government suppressing The Right when the inevitable battle comes.

They will be home protecting their own families, or will join the battle to eradicate the Left.

The communists/anarchists have sowed the wind; and will soon reap the whirlwind.

More than a violation of house rules, in any workplace this would be considered workplace harassment.

Call her Los Angeles office. They have extra people answer the phones and they all sound frazzled.

(323) 757-8900

Be polite but keep them on the line as long as you can.

Stopped working with military 4 years ago (retired after 24 years active duty and 15 years DoD Civilian) and can guarantee that there are enough good officers and that the rank and file enlisted would not follow the bad ones who tried to squash The People.
