Gonna have a tied Supreme Court now.
For the foreseeable future.

Not good.

As far as ties are concerned, it’s not a big issue, because the Supreme court is going on their summer break. A new justice should be in place by the fall when the new court session begins. It won’t be a tied Supreme court for long.

I put my trust in God not man

His hands are upon us, and The Awakening has indeed begun and will not be stopped. People around the world are casting off the yoke of their oppressors, and despite your words I see a bright future

God Will Not Be Mocked!

Roe V Wade is coming down!

The facts......

Issues

In general terms, Kennedy has voted with the conservative side of the U.S. Supreme Court on these issues:
campaign speech
Establishment Clause
partial birth abortion
federalism[3]
criminal procedure, such as Kyllo v. United States and DA's Office for the Third Judicial Dist. v. Osborne‎
business law, such as Nevada Dep't of Human Resources v. Hibbs

But Kennedy has voted with the liberal side of the Court on these issues:
Roe v. Wade
pornography
death penalty, such as Roper v. Simmons
homosexual agenda
parental rights
rights of enemy combatants
global warming
use of foreign law to interpret the U.S. Constitution
immigration[4]

I was under the impression that the Dem’s in the Senate tried to pull some BS with Gorsuch, or something during that time frame, and ruined their chances of being able to hold up any confirmations or votes. Can anyone advise?

The Dems will not approve anyone. Only way to get them on now is nuclear option 50+ votes.
