Abortion is a huge issue because it was decided not by elections (state or national) but by the judiciary. Let the legislature make the laws instead of the judges.
I’m all for that. And while we’re at it let’s have that vote on gay marriage also.
John Roberts has shown shades of middle of the road Kennedyesque moderate. I don’t t think we gain a lot. When he turned his back on us over Obama care 2-3 days prior to the vote he showed his hand.
