Liberals explain this away by saying "race is irrelevant" and "race is a social construct" in the thousands upon thousands of black on white violent crimes that are perpetrated in America every year. However, in those freakishly rare man-bites-dog instances where a black is a victim of a white violent criminal, race is evidently no longer "irrelevant" or "a social construct."
