They’re probably Dominican gang members like the thugs that hacked to death that Dominican 15 year old last week. One of them is black, and the other has lighter skin (actually, it looked like he had light brown hair and beard, although it’s hard to tell from some of those videos) but they both had that gang-banger walk.
Looks like you may be right. The WABC article was more illuminating. This is the proud electorate who ousted Crowley in favor a commie in the primaries. I guess they’re just taking redistribution of wealth to the next level.
