In our nation’s worst governmental scandal, Watergate, the Federal Bureau of Investigation heroically kept widespread White House corruption from being concealed, eventually reviving important prosecutions. Sadly, in today’s increasingly convoluted moral universe, senior FBI officials, it now appears, have tried to artificially create serious “Russiagate” crimes, thereby becoming implicated in a scandal promising to be nastier than Watergate. Congress presently awaits DOJ documents which may or may not confirm what presently seem reasonable inferences of such FBI wrongdoing.
In Watergate, the White House and senior DOJ officials attempted to limit the investigation to the seven arrested members of the burglary team caught penetrating the DNC Headquarters in the Watergate Office Building. Deputy Associate FBI Director Mark Felt, to prevent the FBI from becoming complicit in a politicized investigation, met with the Washington Post’s Bob Woodward to avoid this corruption through public exposure. The FBI deserves its honor as the unsung hero of Watergate, refusing to become politicized.

John Dean, White House counsel ,ordered the break in of the DNC main office ‘ in the watergate hotel,to get intelligence about prositutes used by the to compromise their opposition. Some say his girlfriend was one of the whores in the book that was robtained in the raid. Nixon was so far ahead of the communist, George McGovern that the raid made no sense. Nixon had no clue about the break in and that is undisputed. The raid failed. John Dean was going to prison but wait!! If he could say that Nixon “covered it up” Dean would go free as a Democrat hero. He then lied IMO and said he told the president after the fact. Nixon was never impeached and never convicted of a thing. Now that is watergate. Stack that nothing burger up against Hillary crimes and fbi plants in the Trump campaign to fabricate some Russian nothing. Where is the outrage?

It was the greatest lie ever told in my opinion. Totally driven by the left aided by the press and the sheeple dumbness of the people. Nixon did nothing. Great man . Disagreed on price controls. So far, the only wrongdoing discovered has been by Mueller, et al, the doj, FBI, Clinton, and Obama administration. The victims Mueller is putting the screws to, of Trump associates, to get them to lie about him, don’t count.
