Jurassic World's lesbian vet and other LGBT characters that are all talk
BBC News ^ | 20th June 2018 | BBC News

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom star Daniella Pineda says her character in the film is gay - not that you would know from watching it.

She told Build that the line with the reveal was cut from the movie "for the sake of time".

In the scene, she's talking to Chris Pratt's character.

"I look at Chris and I'm like: 'Square jaw, good bone structure, tall, muscles - I don't date men, but if I did, it would be you'," she said.

Daniella continued: "I love that I'm looking at Chris Pratt, like the hottest guy in the world and I'm just like, 'it would gross me out but I guess I would do it'.

"It was cool because it was a little insight into my character, but they cut it."

She added that she hopes that aspect of her character, Dr Zia Rodriguez, can be developed in the next Jurassic World film.

It's the latest in a line of recent films where LGBT representation hasn't quite made it from the script to the screen.

Lando is pansexual

We've had Ewoks, Hutts and Jawas but it has taken 41 years of films to introduce a hint of LGBT characters to the Star Wars movies.

The writer of Solo: A Star Wars Story says iconic character Lando Calrissian is pansexual in the sci-fi series.

People who identify as pansexual are attracted to others regardless of their gender.

Lando is played by Donald Glover in the latest movie and by Billy Dee Williams in the original trilogy.

"There's a fluidity to Donald and Billy Dee's sexuality," said Jonathan Kasdan, who co-wrote Solo, in an interview with Huffington Post.

"I would have loved to have gotten a more explicitly LGBT character into this movie.

I watched Jurassic World and the character is not lesbian. That dummy has a bad imagination.

“One thing I really dislike in the advocacy of LBGTQOWFVCP is that it makes friendship a subject of suspicion. One cannot have a close friend of the same gender without being suspected of being gay. Taken to the extreme, it has the effect of isolating people.”

That is quite true, but isolating people is a part of this diseased culture’s agenda as well. People who think themselves isolated are more malleable, and more easily intimidated. The silent majority is silenced deliberately. Has been for a long time.

I just watched on pay per view, “Tomb Raider” (2018)

It was quite good. It’s sort of a prequel. It is a young Lara Croft.

One thing that I realized after the movie was over, was that there was NO SEX, NO GAY CHARACTERS, NO GAYS AT ALL.

“Fallen Kingdom star Daniella Pineda says her character in the film is gay ...... the line with the reveal was cut from the movie “for the sake of time”.

“for the sake of time” ???? NOOooooo. Hollywood is catching on. People are REJECTING having all this liberal CRAP thrown in their faces.

WINNING!

Increase the odds of having sex?

No, I don’t think that’s quite it. They want to increase the odds of having inhuman sex. Sex with robots, brought to you by Rubbermaid. Sex with video images, sex with baggies, butts or pieces of beef liver.

The useful idiots thought there’d be more sex, and all we ended up with is Angry Women and the Incel Insurrection.

The best way to insure that almost every adult-— young, old, firm or infirm, perfect-10 or everyday 2.5, Beverly Hills or Bed-Stuy-— has access to normal sexual satisfaction, is if there is a stable 1:1 distribution of males and females. In other words, monogamy.

Monogamy is also the ideal situation for building a stable family. Fidelity. Connection. Satisfaction. Procreation.

So, can’t have it. Can’t have it!!

Bring on the sexbots! Valerie, the Vinyl V.

That’s right! Just keep inserting characters that have personality problems and people like me will stop going to the movies altogether. It is meant to condition younger and younger people to accept anything/everything. I wish there could be an LGBT alert on every movie. I would know not to take grandchildren to those movies. Inappropriate for kids.........

If it’s of any consolation, at least they actually CREATED an LGBT character entirely from scratch rather than changing an established character’s sexuality, which is unfortunately a LOT more common and especially a whole lot worse (just look at Alex Danvers from Supergirl, or Claire Bennet from Heroes, Lando Calrissian regarding Solo, LeFou from Beauty and the Beast [yes, LeFou did have a bit too much hero worship for Gaston in the original film, but at least there, it’s made obvious he’s heterosexual by him briefly lusting over those busty blonde triplets who crushed on Gaston before they unknowingly sprayed him right in the kisser, while in the remake going by what Bill Condon stated, LeFou’s a poof.], or stuff like that).

Still, I agree, it’s not good at all, exposing kids to such depravities, and needs to be stopped, or at the very least given far less frequency than it currently is. Probably the only consolation with this is that Fallen Kingdom’s most likely PG-13, so it probably won’t be geared towards little kids anyway.

I will say there was no overt suggestion that the character is gay. You might have guessed it, but no screaming about it. When they start that crap, I’m done. My friend’s millennial daughter actually thought the gay population in the USA was 25%. It is between 2% and 3%. The Left has been doing a great job at making all the personality disorders seem MUCH more important than they are in fact.

Note to Hollywood, people don’t want to see or hear about deviant sexuality. It’s abnormal and self destructive. Just because the writers and actors are perverts, doesn’t mean the rest of the population is.

Yeah, they’ve already messed with the kids of this generation far too much (and since I was born in 1990, I’m technically a millennial, and even I’m disgusted with what they’re trying to do). Heck, they even compare the whole thing to civil rights, which BTW, if you made that comparison to blacks, at least those old enough to have lived through the civil rights era, they’d laugh you off.

They’d better keep quiet about it, not try to scream about it in their movies. But I won’t hold my breath especially after what Marvel recently announced. And quite frankly, BBC can go suck a lemon for all I care regarding its praise.

Fully agreed, and I ESPECIALLY don’t want any established characters literally being changed to a deviant sexuality. It’s already bad enough that they even create characters like that (maybe they can do it with villains and make them especially unsympathetic as well, that way people can get a clue that they shouldn’t embrace that lifestyle). We leave them alone, like they asked, then by the time of the AIDs outbreak, they blame us despite the fact that THEY insisted we leave them alone. Seriously, they shouldn’t force it on the masses via mainstream media outlets, especially those geared to families such as Supergirl and all of that. We need to throw out Hollywood’s current enclave and make SURE conservatives are running the show. That at least would improve the quality. At least during the thirties, a Catholic group made sure to stop the filth pretty quickly when they started pushing it.

Well they made the villain known as James Moriarty in the newer Sherlock Holmes series homosexual like the actor who portrays him. I don’t recall ever caring much for Professor Moriarty in the old novels by Doyle except for him being a scheming criminal mastermind. Never cared what his proclivities were otherwise.

Netflix has a series called "The Mist" that I can't tolerate watching anymore.

There's a low level lesbian who admits to one of the stars that she was prohibited from marrying her partner due to law and now a teenage kid who follows another kid into a bathroom, attempts to seduce the kid by trying to kiss him, gets his ass beat then again approaches the kid and they kiss.

In the next episode, his sister asks what happened to him, he says he just had sex...........

Then flash forward to the Catholic church where a bunch of people are hiding, including the town's police officer, he then beats up the Catholic priest citing the priest's pedophilia, which is not substantiated.

This version of "The Mist" is the most bizarre series I have ever attempted to watch and as of now, I'm done with it..............

They have successfully supported lesbianism, active teenage homosexual sex and finally, disgraced the Catholic church...........

Not sure what to make of that news. On the one hand, I object on principle to making him gay simply because he was never implied to be that AFAIK.

But on the other, since he’s a villain, and not intended to be sympathized at all, that would work in exposing homosexuality as being very bad towards the audience.

I do know that making villains homosexual would if anything make their villainy and depravity even more apparent, and make the audience disgusted with them even more. Take for example Baron Vladimir Harkonnen from Dune, for example. He was an extremely depraved individual (the movie upped it to a significant degree, though even the original novel and the miniseries hinted at his depravity to a certain extent), and in the novel at least, he was also strongly implied to be homosexual (well, I guess considering his rape of that Mother Gesseret that led to the granddaughter that killed him that he’d technically qualify as bisexual, but still...), to the extent that he refused to buy a Bene Gesseret as a sex slave despite the obvious advantages to having one by his side specifically because his “tastes” won’t allow for it. His homosexuality if anything made him even more depraved and abominable among the audience, enhanced his villainy and monstrous nature.

Eh, not a particularly big fan of Netflix’s series, and considering the Obamas pretty much own it right now, I suspect it’s going to get a whole lot worse regarding the quality of their series.
