It’s safe to say that the left is in full-blown panic mode over the Supreme Court vacancy and have already begun viciously targeting possible Trump pick and U.S. Court of Appeals Judge Amy Coney Barrett over her conservative values, her Catholic faith, and, most of all, her gender.
A Tuesday afternoon CNN Newsroom segment illustrated that with guest and Daily Beast contributing editor Erin Gloria Ryan asserting that, if President Trump selects a woman, they “should be known as the Aunt Lydia of the Supreme Court” in reference to a villain from liberal dystopian show The Handmaid’s Tale. In addition, Ryan argued they shouldn’t be supported by women because they are the anthesis of feminism.

Allegations that Rep. Jim Jordan failed to stop a team doctor from sexually abusing student athletes when the Ohio Republican was a college wrestling coach is complicating his possible bid for Speaker of the House.
The NBC News story dropped Tuesday just as Jordan began reaching out to GOP colleagues, urging them to ditch Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) and instead back him for the top job in the House GOP conference...
In a statement, Jordan, a former Ohio state lawmaker and seven-term congressman, explicitly denied having any knowledge of the alleged abuse while coaching at OSU from 1986 to 1994.
“Congressman Jordan never saw any abuse, never heard about any abuse, and never had any abuse reported to him during his time as a coach at Ohio State,” Jordan spokesman Ian Fury said in a statement. “He has not been contacted by investigators about the matter but will assist them in any way they ask, because if what is alleged is true, the victims deserve a full investigation and justice.”...
“It wouldn’t surprise me if [Jordan rivals] are trying to kill him off early,” one top centrist House GOP lawmaker told The Hill. “This Speaker’s race is going to get ugly. Very ugly … my instincts tell me this is only the beginning.”...

The Left is in the early stages of Amy Coney Barrett Derangement Syndrome and will probably be at the full raving maniac stage by the time Trump announces his nominee.
But Trump himself has learned that the more often and the more viciously the media attacks him, the more his approval ratings rise.
And we know Trump likes a good fight. So this will be very interesting.
What the progressives are doing is known as cultural jamming”. They create a parody of something normals revere, such as life in Christian communities(Handmaid’s Tale), or parodies of religion (such as the pastafarians, or the Church of the Subgenius). The parody takes up cultural space, and displaced the good. All of these things are intended to devalue the actual thing there parodying, so as to convince weak-minded people to join the “cool” progressives in devaluing God or decent Christian people, or gun owners, or whatever. And it’s working— America is full of cultural rot, and it’s getting worse.
Then, when Ruth Ginsburg is inturded (er, passes on), nominate the Catholic woman to replace “the woman’s “ seat.

I for one am praying that you are right because this Barrett woman, in my view, is the judicial equivalent of a Congressional RINO, a stealthy Liberal masquerading as a Conservative. My reason for this conclusion is based on two red flags; (1) she’s said to be a devout Catholic, but the contemporary RCC is notoriously liberal; and (2) she has adopted two orphans from Haiti, a decision that is a quintessential example of “virtue signaling”. “Hey folks, look how progressively liberal I am. I adopted two little Haitian children.” Of course there are thousands of orphans right in in the USA, but . . . well you get the picture.
It’s actually an amalgam of different religions, sects, cults through history. It picks the worst possible points from all of them.
I so hate the main character that I watch to see how she is humiliated at every turn. I love women. I hate the way she was written.

And that very FACT is one of two major reasons I’m praying the President doesn’t make the mistake of selecting Barrett. Why? Because, according to what I’ve read, she is a very devout Catholic, yet the contemporary RCC is an extremely liberal denomination. And the second reason is that her adoption of two Haitian children was a quintessential act of virtue signaling. “Hey folks, look how progressively liberal I am!” Of course, there are thousands of orphans right here in the USA she could have considered. Nominating her would be a mistake even worse than the President’s selection of Sessions.
Why is the left so in-your-face about their sexism against conservative women? Don’t they know how stupid that is? Their bigotry is really disgusting.
The left is hard-pressed to find real-world examples of Christians committing the kinds of crimes they accuse us of, so they have to invent fictionalized versions of their libel with stories like “The Handmaid’s Tale”. Then the media can point to those stories and tell the hypnotized massed that this is what conservatives or Christians are like.
They also go to the greatest lengths to cover up the very real atrocities committed by leftwing, anti-Christians, such as the selling of baby body parts by Planned Parenthood.
It is no joke. It’s cultural jamming, intended to make Christianity look ridiculous. Anyone who denies it is deluded themselves, or in on it.
