Well I tried to honor my word, but I need to get some work done this afternoon and keep thinking about your strawman argument up on your soapbox... so I have to get this out so I can work.

Still not answered anything I have asked, I can tell you your lack of response about alcohol make me envision you sitting there with your scotch/rocks making all these judgements, but probably only because I know a guy exactly like that, That said, I actually agree with part of what you are saying, the part about looking for a high... People drink for that reason and also do about a 1000 other legal drugs but why is Marijuana the one thing that can not be managed responsibly?

What you are obviously ignorant about is the actual effects. Somebody that uses it regularly does not even get high. I quit smoking it because of that reason and the fact I did not have money to buy it when work dried up. Thing is, about a month later, I could not even bend over and put my socks on or tie my shoes. It could have been because all of a sudden I was working 80 hours a week doing physical labor to make a living instead of sitting behind a desk drawing and I had not used some of the muscles in 30 years, but somebody had me try (50 state legal) CBD oil and within a week I could again. I know personal stories don’t mean anything to you, but maybe somebody else reading this will understand. After it became legal here I can make a batch of edibles for about 1/10 the price of a bottle of cbd oil and it works the same for me.

One last question I can never seem to get an answer for... Why do YOU think our bodies have cannabinoid receptors if they were not intended to receive cannabinoids?

Here is a little history lesson for you or anybody else interested.

This is a common leftist propaganda talking point built to trick religious people into thinking that pot is "God given". Number one you should study receptors in general. You'll find that our body has hundreds of thousands. Number 2 you'l see that our body produces natural substances (hence the receptors) that pot mimics. These receptors are for our NATURAL body functions. It's exactly WHY pot is dangerous. It overrides and KILLS these natural receptors and makes them dependent on pot for the same processes. Our body stops making these substances when we smoke too much weed. That's why potheads don't think straight and why they're not healthy.

There are also opiate receptors....same thing with the body. By the propaganda logic one would think that opiates are God given for people to abuse as well.

THINK FOR YOURSELF and quit reading leftist propaganda designed to enslave you.

Oh you do. You just got used to it..you assimilated it as part of you and your personality. The bottom line isyour body is now dependent on it. The body is tricky thing when it comes to pain. If your body craves a high (which it does when you use pot or opiods for instance) it will literally manufacture pain in order to trick you into taking more of the substance. This is exactly what the story in the posted article is talking about when it says that pain INCREASES with pot use.

That's funny that you are able to use CBD oil, which you says works, and won't get you high, yet you prefer to use something that gets you high. Is that about right? And you cite cost as the reason?
