Many cops are low IQ and communicate poorly. It’s the citizen who pays.

The guy with the warrants wasn’t tased for “resisting”, he was tased for “not complying”. He completely complied after being tased.
Maybe half of them are. And they tolerate the bad ones. And if you are comfortable, as a man, having another man walk up to you and start treating you disrespectfully, well... I guess you would be the submissive one. I treat other men respectfully and expect the same in return. Maybe that's a Southern thing.
I have never, in my 46 years of driving; found a cop to approach me in any way approaching dis-respectfully. Ever.
Most people reflect the attitude they are given.
When I am pulled over, I KNOW that I did something wrong. Usually it’s driving 10-15mph faster than what is posted. So I respectfully greet the officer and comply with his request.
About 75% of the time; they let me go with a warning.

I was making a mockery of the resisting charge. If it makes you feel any worse I also mock the BS non complying charge.
Make his case in court, lol! The judge would instantaneously cut him off and threaten contempt if he persisted. That was the topic, poor attempt at distraction.

There are very few situation for family and dogs where cops make anyone safer - especially law abiding citizens.
This BS to just comply is BS. Cops kill more innocent people than criminals kill cops. Truth!
