He’s still better on the issue than Hardiman, who is supposedly on the short list again and would be a Kennedy-like “swing vote” on other issues.

Kethledge is unacceptable. Trump doesn't need to choose someone like this who could be the deciding factor when it comes to some of his immigration policy.

McConnell has told the NYT that he supports Kethledge and is trying to get President Trump to nominate him.
Kethledge is the favorite of McConnell and the Republican establishment.
