Lee’s chances? I would think near zero, at least for this vacancy. Unlike most of the other possible choices Lee is fully on record with regards his views on Roe and Casey. As such he would almost certainly galvanize the Dimocrats into a solid No vote along with the two GOP moderates. So no, Trump is not going to pick him for this vacancy.
At least Ted Cruz was running for president and had a natural, built-in reason to oppose Trump in the primaries. Lee doesn’t have even that fig leaf. Have we ever had a Mormon supreme court justice?
I will wait until Monday.

After finding out he voted for Egg McMuffin, I don’t even want him in the Senate anymore, but there are too many Morons in Utah to elect a decent Senator.

ZERO. Even less than zero. He was recommend by fellow Never Trumper Lyn’ Ted, he actively opposed Trump, even publicly declaring his vote for McMillan. Plus, he has financail and ethics issues over past couple of years.

I suspect Trump only “considered” Lee to yank his chain and show him up for the phony he is. Just like when he “considered” Mitt for SecState, and even interviewed him twice.

0. Mike Lee was very ugly to Trump during election time and brags he didn’t vote for Trump. He seems quite flattered to have a chance and should have minded his manners a couple of years ago when he had a chance.
