I see a long line of tax evaders on the southern border trying to sneak into Mexico /s
Those that smuggle illegals to the north or called coyote, would those smuggling American tax evaders south be called “poodles” /s
I believe this law already applies if you owe child support to your ex-spouse or baby mamma.

United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights
Article 13.
(1) Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each state.
(2) Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country.
Ironically, note #1 as it pertains to the “open borders” logic...

You can leave anytime you want to, but if you don’t have a passport you will have to illegally break into Mexico or Canada. Mexico sure as hell will not accept you without a passport.
We don’t really own our property either, and they seize our assets when we die.
Land of the free?
