Thank you. I don’t think we’ve built a new oil refinery in 50 years, probably more. That would be good thing for DJT to do—lift the EPA ban on new oil refineries.
I would like suggest that the Federal Government re-examine an idea that was floated about 20 years ago: Giving a very long lease to companies wishing to build refineries and other chemical plants on portions of former military bases. That way, it would be swifter and easier to get past many onerous regulations and “approvals”.
