I assumed what was wrong was that the content (i.e. the reality of what was happening) triggered the joeflakes (Stalin), and they decided to flag it as offensive. I'm not sure it was YouTube's review, just that the 'community' had flagged it offensive.
Or possible it was just a random wrongly marked link.
