A North Texas skydiving company is being called racist for rules posted on its website that bar anyone in the U.S. illegally from jumping out of one of the companys planes.
But the companys owner has doubled down on its stance.
Skydive Tandem Greenville, also known as Dallas Skydive Lodge, has a series of requirements posted on the companys website sort of a know-before-you-go set of disclaimers for tandem skydivers. They detail the maximum weight per skydiver and the companys minimum age requirements.

Don’t you need legal identification to get on an airplane.
Their posing is redundant of regulations already in place.
Good for them.
If I ever wanted to jump out of a perfectly good airplane for no reason, I’ll look them up......
No problem....just jump after you cross the border going south....
They should be thankful for that much grace. Some places further south let people go skydiving without the ‘chute.
Make them jump back to their own country..
Insurance reasons would be enough.
How about a compromise? Let them skydive. Only have them do it while the plane is in mexican airspace. And dont come back for them.
Physically impossible from North Texas: you're a good 400 miles from the Mexican border, winds are usually westerly, and Oklahoma sucks.
rules that prompted the accusations were these:
"You must be able to read/write/speak fluent English so you can understand and fill out legal paperwork, and we can communicate."
"If you are in this country illegally please go home and skydive in your own country. We don’t want any money you obtained in the USA illegally."
Way to go!
No. General Aviation operates under entirely different rules from Commercial Aviation.
They keep using that word, but I don’t think they know what it means.
As if they weren't awesome enough already!
I was going to go tomorrow, but I dont support racism, one reviewer wrote.
Well do you support common sense?
Love these guys! I feel like sending a donation!
Everyone welcome to skydive. Only US citizens will be given parachutes howver.
I highly doubt the pansy that wrote he was going tomorrow... was going.
