Haha if you're joking. Pepper spray is the least deterrent in a conflict. Many LE agencies have given it up for tasers. See my post above about stun guns and tasers.

A lot of LE agencies use pepper balls as well as the large fire extinguisher sized pepper spray canisters (similar to bear spray) for crowd control.
A good one to use would be the “skunk water”.
