I’ll do you the favor: California, Florida, Texas, New York, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Georgia, North Carolina.
Illinois? Someone’s been hitting the halucigens. I and a whole lot of other productive people plan to no longer support the malignant parasitic tumor on the northeast corner of the state when we retire.
I have trouble seeing California maintaining it’s population over the next twenty years. I could easily see them losing two or three million residents in that period.
Illinois? Illinois is LOSING people. It is in a net decline, population-wise.
Illinois will not be one of those states. The outflow (net population loss) from this state in favor of Florida, Tennessee, Texas and Arizona will see to that.

Thanks. Georgia and Pennsylvania were the two I missed.
So, if the Dems manage to do away with the Electoral College, then no need to spend money electioneering in any state but these, as these will be the tail that wags the USA dog.
