Their car is your car, if you're paying for the ride - and the driver *did* click on the app and deliberately accepted the task of delivering someone to a specified destination. Period.
I'd love to see what Uber's policy manual for these drivers has to say about ejecting "offensive" riders at places other than the *contracted* destinations.
