I love DJT but he has surrounded himself with way too many disloyal sketchballs - Reince, Kelly, Pence, Coats, McMaster, Tillerson, Cohen, Sessions, Rosenstein, Wray and so many others.
There are so many people that would gladly take a bullet for this President, figuratively speaking, and yet he lets the swamp guys advise him to appoint other swamp guys who are working overtime to position him so the bullet (figuratively speaking) will get him. I don't get it.
Why did you put Pence in that list?
Pence too?

If Mike Pence has been disloyal to the president, it’s news to me. Perhaps I was on vacation when that news broke. Kindly direct me to an example.
True, but the problem you note is not being in the position before and he must learn who is good, the hard way. He loved Tillerson and Cohn, but they were not of the same timber as Pompeo. Accomplished people who are real believers is a tough combination to find. So you have to constantly flush people who do not believe and are leaking to destroy you or get rich.
I think he could have done much better than Wray. I am not sure they are cleaning the FBI Augean Stables like they should, and he should have been fired after Lakeland as well. 17 kids died on his watch as they were derelict in their duty.
I’ve complained about this since the transition. Pence is a good guy. I have no problem with him. He surrounded himself with too many establishment people, though. I think he thought if they worked for him, they’d give up their views for his agenda. In many cases, they have not. He should have hired people who were loyal to his agenda and him.
