When it was first discovered Tuesday that Robert Mueller had filed a motion (full pdf below) to grant limited immunity to five witnesses; and simultaneously seal the court records -protecting them- therein; the benefactors of that immunity request were predictably expected to include: Tony Podesta, and/or John Podesta, and/or Kimberley Fritts and/or Rick Gates; in exchange for their testimony against Paul Manafort.
The reason is simple, Paul Manafort was a business associate working with Tony Podesta lobbying on behalf of Ukraine; Kimberley Fritts was Podestas CEO. Paul Manafort was not a registered lobbyist, violating FARA rules; however, neither was Tony or John Podesta. Manafort and the Podesta brothers were all guilty of the same crime.
Special Counsel Robert Mueller only prosecuted Paul Manafort, he did not prosecute Tony Podesta. That is an example of bias . but wait, it gets worse. According to the motion, Tony Podesta was refusing to give testimony to Mueller and invoking his fifth amendment privilege against self-incrimination. So what does Mueller do?
Well, according to Tucker Carlson exclusive reporting tonight, Robert Mueller is giving Tony Podesta immunity
. yeah, go figure.

Boxing in Manafort?
It is very hot (107) here in Texas. Wonder if it is in DC?
Why should Podesta get to skate?
Don’t give him immunity for Uranium One no matter what.
Fake News.
Mueller the investigator can do Everything ,D’oh
Immunity goes through the DOJ chain of command, and the IRS. David Resch of the Criminal Branch as well as DAG Rosenstein would have to approve, along with the IRS. If Podesta actually gets immunity (doubtful), it will be from all of them, not Mueller.
I don’t see how granting immunity makes it okay to compel testimony. Tghe Constitution doesn’t say anything about immunity, just that one can’t be compelled to testify to something that might be detrimental to him.
“Fake News.”
And you know? Do tell, o wise one.
As things get closer and closer to the Clintons and Hussein himself I expect to see a whole lot of unlimited immunity to be granted to people in danger for their testimony to inconsequential things. They will try to skate the whole crew. I am enthusiastic to see how DJT and his team beats that and I am pretty sure he will.
Protect the criminals, get team Trump. That’s it.
Criminals run the FBI & DOJ.
That depends upon the agenda of the Special Council.
This one is about protecting the Beast and her minions. And the Deep State vermin.
What does “limited immunity” mean in this case? Until we know all the details of that, we know nothing.
Well, there is not yet an official announcement. But someone is leaking.
Did you read the article at the link. I referenced Fox last night.
It is about the agenda. The whole Special Prosecutor effort is about that. Protecting Hillary and the Podesta’s.
D’oh Indeed.
As part of the deal, Tony Podesta gets a free cheese pizza.
Granting immunity does not make it OK to compel testimony.
A prosecutor can not grant someone immunity and then force them to testify. And they don’t do that.
However, if the person agrees to testify, the prosecutor can grant them immunity.
The key is that it is not compelled testimony. No one is ever under threat of being prosecuted for not giving testimony against themselves. They are under threat of being prosecuted for other actions.
Trump team
Bump!
