Some WSJ writers are a lot better than others. Kimberly Strassel is pretty good. I don’t pay to see the bottom half of her articles, but I like what I can read for free.
I bet too it is higher than what they report. Some people don’t say they like Trump because of fear of violence.

I really think all the “OMG DRUMPF IS SUPER DUPER SCREWED THIS TIME” nonsense spewed by the media is increasingly becoming background noise, and independents are tuning it out. Conservatives, as in true conservatives and not the GOPe variety, have tuned it out years ago.

The best part is this was a bad week for Trump. At least that’s what we’ve been told. Even Fox jumped on that bandwagon. Trump has every right to meet with other leaders, it’s his job + he is pissing off all the right people. I wish he would give the UN a good beat down. He’s on a roll.
As one who was skeptical about Trump during the primaries, I can say every time they attack him, it just makes me support him more.
Something occurred to me during the latest wave of anti-Trump hysteria. I’m a Trump supporter all the way, but if I weren’t, all of this constant negativity would push me into his camp. The anti-Trump people are so shrill, so off-putting, that supporting Trump would be a satisfying way of giving them the finger. I wonder if there are others who feel that way, and if they vote.
Well just look at how phony the criticism is - with few exceptions, you can go back not too long ago and see some of the exact same people commenting how it was “stupid” to consider Russia an adversary in the present day now claiming it is outrageous to consider them anything but an enemy.

that’s exactly right. the leftist fake stream media has indeed destroyed their own credibility due to their 24x7x365 Trump Derangement Syndrome, and they are now starting to suffer the consequences, namely, regular folks know that they are nothing but fake news and have tuned them out, and therefore they are now powerless to affect people’s beliefs with their propaganda ... this is pretty much what many of us have been predicting for a couple of years now, and it’s quite gratifying to see it actually finally happen ...

it’s not just you. there’s pretty good evidence that Trump won in the first place because many people were voting for Trump as a way of voting against the leftist fake stream media and the Hollywood holier-than-thou elites ... and now that the leftist fakes stream media has ratcheted up their howling screams to full blast mode, it going to have even a bigger positive effect for the midterms ...
Can you imagine where his approval ratings would be IF they weren’t actively trying to demonize him 24x7?

lots of evidence that is exactly what happened and was a significant factor in Trump’s victory ... and the great thing about it is that the leftist fake stream media has completely ignored the evidence that their attacks actually helped Trump and his allies and have quintupled down on the very howling screams of lies and propaganda that have turned people off and driven them into Trump’s camp ... either that or the leftist fake stream media is so butt-hurt from being universally humiliated because of the total wrongness of their smug predictions of Trump’s defeat that they can not rein in the juvenile howls of outrage necessary to assuage their hurt egos ...
