You see, it is very valid that everyone asks why didn’t Obama do something about Russian “meddling” (still undefined) since he was POTUS?

Additionally, when we post Obama’s quote in October that Russia could not hack our elections, it hurts his legacy even more.

So, Clapper is trying to say “Wait! Obama was not asleep at the switch! He did try to stop Russian “meddling” (still undefined) and this is proof!”
