I don't agree with that at all and never suggested so. The inequities you speak of have been a part of every justice system that ever has and ever will exist, not necessarily because of a 'double standard' in the system but because they all have to be administered by corrupt, greedy, ambitious and often evil people. That's reality and you can't change it. And it isn't just those of "little means" that can get hammered by it, the wealthy can get hammered by it just as easy if they make the wrong political enemies - look what's being done to our billionaire president right now. Yet, our system is the best that has ever been devised so far and has the most safeguards. If you have improvements to suggest please do so.
Of course.
So you agree, there is a double standard.
I don't agree with that at all and never suggested so.
I rest my case.☺
I was obviously saying “of course” the rich can do better than the poor in our system and went on to explain why.
What’s your alternative? Please show me a better system than the one we’ve got and how you would implement it. Or do you just want to play word games?
Look, your comments have been completely inconsistent and you continue attempts to divert and evade the subject. Ya see I never attempted to compare any other system nor did I imply or suggest I had a better alternative. I’m talking about the corrupt U.S. justice system. Not what they do or don’t do in Ustinkistan or Outer Mongolia. This isn’t complex.
