Why the hell did not they not order everyone (most importantly the soon to be hostage) to get out of the area???
At the least every cop there should be fired. I would have to consider manslaughter charges against them also. That was very aggravating to watch.
If you see a bunch of cops pointing a gun at someone, are you going to stay anywhere near that guy?! The innocent bystander actually has some culpability, in my view, for not getting the h*ll out of there. Did she really need to be told?
