It falls to the people to petition the state legislature to pass a law that allows citizens to remove sovereign immunity from rogue police and bureaucrats. That will open the way to financially strip these bad actors of everything they own.

No in Kansas, the innocent neighbour was a young man who was just starting a family with his wife and son, now his son will never know his father because cops killed him in cold blooded murder https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2017_Wichita_swatting Heres a picture of Andrew Finch the innocent neighbored killed in a swatting and his son, Andrew Finch was not even the target of the swatter, the swatter gave the wrong address for the guy he was trying to swatt
After that and this it seems cops are just criminals who get a badge so they can get away with murder
