What I meant by my comment is that by standing for your country is just being American. The press likes to equate patriotism with “ right wing extremism, Nazi and KKK”. It’s because they are a bunch of left wing, commie scrum. Now I’m sounding like Rodney Dangerfield in the movie Back to school. By the way, the scene with the history teacher who’s name slips my mind is one of my favorites.

What ever happened to “I disagree with what you say, but will defend to the death your right to say it”?
I disagree with some of the things their signs say, and with some of the sentiments their symbols imply, but their basic premise, that they have the right to express those views is lawful, Constitutional, and something we should support. Especially since they are gathering and presenting those views, at no little risk to themselves, in support of OUR right to speak and assemble without fear of or threat of violence for daring to do so.

I would bet that he would. But don’t count on him to react if YOUR rights or MY rights were to be threatened.
Yep - he has had zero problem with the pro-violence BLM/ANTIFA/Occupy Ice thugs, but expressed real "concerns" over a conservative group who really wanted to rally peacefully....and his favorite pets are the ones who started the violence....go figure..
