Not going the way they expected it to go. That doesn’t mean he won’t be convicted but that Judge does not like how the prosecutors are proceeding.

The Judge did warn the Prosecution about using the term “oligarchs” to describe rich Ukranians during the trial. If they did it anyway, then they deserve what they get.
