JEROME KERN

CENTENNIAL SUMMER: “UP WITH THE LARK”

Leo Robin wrote the lyrics for this classic. This is a clip from the 1946 Fox musical. Jerome had spent his entire career trying to get away from operettas and waltzes, but ironically he ended his career with a great waltz.
