“as far back as January 2016” - yes, that is extremely interesting.

but perhaps even more interesting are the contacts after Donald Trump was elected President.

Paul Ryan is the problem in Congress. He has stopped every move that Gaetz, Meadows, Jordan, Nunes, and Grassley have tried to blow the lid off this thing. Ryan is the ultimate swamp creature. I really wish to hell he was not Speaker, but then the GOP-e is never going to loosen its iron grip on the Speakership. They want to make sure the Conservatives have no real power in Congress.

Never ever forget what GOP-e Swamp Creature John Boehner said about the freedom caucus leaders.

On Freedom Caucus co-founder Rep. Mark Meadows:

“He’s an idiot. I can’t tell you what makes him tick.”

On Freedom Caucus co-founder Rep. Jim Jordan:

“Jordan was a terrorist as a legislator going back to his days in the Ohio House and Senate … A terrorist. A legislative terrorist.”

On former House Oversight Committee chairman Jason Chaffetz:

Boehner’s beef with Chaffetz, who would later join Fox News as a paid contributor, is not personal—just that he’s a “total phony” who possessed legislative talent but focused mostly on self-promotion. “With Chaffetz,” Boehner says, “it’s always about Chaffetz.”

On Jordan and Chaffetz, combined:

“Fuck Jordan. Fuck Chaffetz. They’re both assholes.”

The GOP-e Deep State will never let the Congressional conservatives have any real power. The only way to fix that problem is for Trump to personally declassify all the documents the Freedom Caucus are asking for. Otherwise, they will always be powerless.

January 16th is vital because the official investigation began in July, showing that this DOJ/FBI spying on Trump was a covert op long before they could even create a bogus reason to spy on him with the salacious and phony Steele Dossier.

In any fair country, heads would roll and the media would be screaming for Democrat/Obama White House/DOJ/FBI scalps along with Brennan and Clapper.

The thing is, we are not hearing a single peep about the unmasking scandal yet. Once everything is out about the FISA abuse, we still need everything revealed about who was unmasked, and who in the Obama DOJ and elsewhere illegally requested the unmasking and leaked that to the press.

Again, with a fair media, lots more heads would roll.

Think about what you are saying.

Do you want to live in a country where the media has the power to make heads roll?

It's President Trump's job to roll these heads, and I understand that he believes he will be removed from office if he does, but, as one of Obama's heroes said, "People will follow the strong horse".

Trump should take control of the Executive Branch and if he is impeached, fight it out in the Senate.

Even if the Senate looks unfavorable, he still has options.

Being paralyzed like this, he has none.

Is there any estimate on how many branches of the ugly tree his beautiful wife hit when she tumbled out of it?

Big deal.

Lot’s of these pukes have “testified” before Congress and they’re still walking around free as birds.

More kabuki theatre.

It isn’t a breakthrough. Nothing will happen from it. The legal logjam is the DOJ/FBI cartel. There will be no justice until we bust up the cartel, and nobody seems to have the courage to do that.

I’m sure that the testimony will be devised to dress up the possible attempts to impeach in the near future. Expect unprecedented attempts at cheating from those who work for some oligarchs in the midterm elections. Vote like our future lives depend on it, because they do! And get the vote out from others in your locales.

The press in every country creates and controls public opinion. Usually the press is an arm of the state — a dictator, a King, an Oligarch, etc.

In our Constitutional Republic, the press has historically been more free and fair than any other nation in history. That press still had the power to create and control public opinion.

Watergate was literally a minor, misdemeanor level crime that the media blew up into a political firestorm. The media created public opinion against Nixon and the Republicans.

All I am saying is, if the media was merely fair and simply would report all that we are learning about the Trump spying scandal, FISA abuse, and unmasking, and how Hilary colluded with Russians and foreign agents to do so, and how Obama was up to his neck in it — then a fair media could create a firestorm of public opinion against Hilary, Obama, DOJ, and FBI, also exonerating Trump.

It is not that I want to live in a country where the media has the power to make heads roll. I ALREADY DO LIVE IN A COUNTRY where the media has the power to make heads roll. They also have the power to completely cover-up treason by Democratic Party politicians and the FBI/DOJ staff. I already live in that country. I just want the media to fairly report the misdeeds of both sides as appropriate, and heads to roll as justice requires.

But I live in a nation where the media only causes GOP heads to roll because this ungodly powerful mass-market information machine is a working arm of the Democratic Party.

You can pretend the media does not have the power anymore in the current age of tweets and internet blogs. The sad reality is, most people still get all their news from the local 5 o’clock news report which picks up everything the AP and the national media pitch to them, because most people are lazy and apathetic. So they don’t do their own homework. Most people are not political junkies rushing off to the internet to look for political news every day.

If they were, then the president’s approval rating would be 100% and the polls would show Democratic Party mid-term candidates polling at 0%.

“Can you imagine being personally mocked by the president of the USA? That has to sting. “

Doesn’t seem to bother Sessions.

I'm glad you took the opportunity to express this -- you saved me the trouble of making a similar statement.

The media drone on endlessly about Trump tweets, Stormy Daniels, etc., yet downplay or outright refuse to cover serious threats to our country and the Constitution at the hands of American intelligence agency personnel and failed presidential candidates.

Many Freepers have historically criticized past stories touted by Beck and Hannity as 'bombshells' that never exploded. That they fizzled in many cases is the direct result of a media determined to bury and protect, rather than expose corruption and lawlessness of the left and Democrats.

If journalists did a tiny fraction of the work they did to uncover Watergate crimes, we would stand a chance to see some of these a**holes behind bars. (if we could get past the politicians who are also interested in protecting the status-quo...)

I hope they ask him why his wife is as frightfully ugly as she is.

I mean she makes Chuck Schumer’s look good in comparison.

The old established print and TV media, along with their recent addition cable TV offshoots, act as if they are part of the DNC. For all intents and purposes, they are the propaganda of the Democratic Party. They are no longer journalists and news organizations. They are Democratic Party propaganda organs that occasionally cover sports, music, or Hollywood. As regards political news, which is core reason for the 1st Amendment to the US Constitution, the MSM is a propaganda arm of the DNC. I am only shocked that more independents don’t realize this.

I will take ugly on the outside any day over ugly on the inside. These people are all bone ugly on the inside. The attractive ones are just Dorian Grays — their inside picture growing ever more frightfully ugly with each new sin and crime.

Fair point, but in this particular case, Ohr’s wife’s ugliness is shocking.

I mean there’s ugly, and then there’s ugly and then there is Nellie Ohr.
