The FBI has fired Peter Strzok over ant-Trump text messages he exchanged with his lover during the 2016 presidential campaign, Strzok's lawyer confirmed Monday.

Yep, they deserve a speedy trial.
It would be most helpful if you were to post links to the statues or regulations regarding Federal pensions and Stzok’s situation to confirm or dispel whether:
1. He has vested in a pension, even if only for partial benefits,
2. At this point, what those benefits are and when he can start taking them, and/or
3. Whether the specific grounds for his termination have forfeited his pension.
We would all be much better informed by your research.
Can’t figure out why it this long, he should have been long gone.
I doubt it’s for the texts. We’ve know about those for a year. It’s for the Huber or Horowitz investigations or another inquiry. They are engaging in CYOA. They got a heads up on something that’s going to break, and they want him freed from the rules binding a government employee

I am SO GLAD that Strzok lost his job and that he is being very publicly humiliated. He’s such a pompous egotistical @hole, this will haunt him forever and he will never be happy again. I, on the other hand, can’t stop smiling!!!!
They are accountable for their conduct of official government duties. The same for their work product. That is why Comey’s memos don’t belong to him.

Good point about Strzok. This is going to eat at him till the day he dies. Lol I hope he has dreams about it.
Even better, his hoe Lisa Page dumped him and it will be a miracle if his marriage survives. It’s obvious that all is lost and the only solution is to follow Kate Spade’s and Anthony Bourdain’s examples.

In earlier days, people would be executed for this kind of thing. But we don’t live in a monarchy, and good thing. I will be happy to see them disgraced and in jail.
Of course, they will get jobs with CNN and CBS when they get out of jail, and will make a living on the speaking circuit, and likely have already made scads of money by selling us out, but...we gotta start somewhere, right?
