I’m glad that this guy was stupid enough to put his crap in writing on a phone issued to him by the government. Makes it pretty hard to deny! Bias nothing, this guy and his FBI friends were committing felonies by using their official positions to attempt to throw a US election. They should be more than fired, people need to be prosecuted for this, starting with this clown. It’s a travesty that he was ever hired.
You’re right BUT putting it in writing that you’re going to use your official position to change the outcome of an election is pretty damn serious, too. I’m glad that he was that stupid. Doing it just to harass somebody is prosecutable, this guy’s texts alone warrant jail. I wouldn’t give a crap if he was texting F-Trump all day long, it’s admitting that as a govt. employee on the clock he’s using govt. law enforcement resources to actively subvert an election that is a real problem.

There are many government and legal sites that explain federal pension eligibility is only lost by conviction of a national security related felony. Being fired, even for cause, affects federal pensions not at all.
