Everyone knows windmills are a scam.. when you add up their manufacture transport and installation costs they don’t even produce enough energy to make money over their typical life expectancy. It’s a complete scam

People are being paid around $20,000.00 annually for having a windmill put on their property. Some farmers have multiple windmills on their land and collect a huge sum of money each year from our very stupid Ontario government. It was an issue in the last election, as they’re costing taxpayers a fortune and not producing much energy. Such a scam. Thank the environmentalist whackos....again.

And they are ugly. They ruin the landscape, and they are noisy.

There's a reason windmills didn't make it in the USA. It's called progress.

It's a backward step.

Tom the Son says he hates the grain-grinding windmills and the water-pumping windmills but he’s okay with the electricity-generating windmills.

“Who wants to have energy when you need a subsidy?”

Political donors and their politicians!

Because somebody is getting filthy rich off these things, mostly politicians!! If it were any other instance the left would be wettin’ their drawers about our precious birds dying for the evil capitalists!

Windmills do exactly what they were meant to do, make certain politically connected persons rich. It was never a serious energy option.
