Trump has tried to change policy, many times with many agencies. Often when he does a liberal judge steps up and says he cannot change things.
The changes he tried to do with regard of the Muslim immigrants/refugees was immediately stopped by a judge. He tried and is still trying to do away with catch and release of illegals and again a judge stepped in. These were all simply policy changes he tried to implement in enforcing our laws.
DACA...everyone thinks Obama did DACA with some sort of law or Executive Order...it was actually done as an immigration enforcement policy change- with an expiration date. Then when Trump tried to change the policy, and it ended up expiring- a judge still stepped in and said he could not do that.
Activist judges are a real problem, and a serious danger. Letting the process play out generally the ruling is in favor of Trump’s actions. The real question is how do we get these judges to stop interfering where they do not belong in the beginning?
