If "need to know" is so sacrosanct, how is it that bozos who are no longer employed by the USA are holding security clearances? That doesn't happen to private contractors. When your contract is up, your clearance is deactivated. You are debriefed and warned of the penalties for revealing any classified information, and given a document to sign to this effect.

If the security of our nation is important, this should be the policy with Brennan, Comey, Hillary, everyone who is no longer working for Uncle Sam.
