My feeling is this -— winning the case in court is NOT the main purpose.

Win or lose, the main purpose is to tie him up in court to a point where he has to spend tens of thousands, perhaps hundreds of thousands to defend himself which will result in his filing for bankruptcy or closing his business.

IOW — they want him to serve as a warning to all other Christian businessmen out there to conform or be driven out of making a living.

This is what tryranny’s face truly looks like. This is everything about what our founders rejected to the point of a bloody revolution.

The entire commission should be arrested and charged under:

18 U.S. Code § 241 - Conspiracy against rights

If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; or

If two or more persons go in disguise on the highway, or on the premises of another, with intent to prevent or hinder his free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege so secured—

They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

Law enforcement is, or should be, actually tasked with PREVENTING such attacks against benign acts of free people, not attacking these people for their benign acts.

The attackers should be the one under legal scrutiny in a constitutional republic.

The USSC should rule that the state of CO will pay the baker 1 million $$ a day until they disband the nutty civil rights commission, and put the check in his hand.

This is a great case for “loser pays” litigation in this country, IMO.

At some point the people may have to step in here. Weaponized government must be addressed quickly.

Yes. All of these cases were planned not random people going into random bakeries.

They should be hit with RICO charges.

If law and order can’t prevail then you’re right that weaponized government will have to be met with weaponized citizens.

The Constitution was designed to prevent a tyranny of the majority and now it’s time for it to stop the tyranny of the minority.

The legal process is the punishment. Notice that this real or fake Tranny Trans or whatever did not have to spend a dime. Tranny simply made a phone call that sicced the State (The Law) (Colorado human rights commission) on this Christian businessman. While he will have to pay upwards of $100,000 to lawyers to defend himself.

I read that the same “charging” person called multiple times and asked for cakes that they knew he would not bake. I won’t describe the cakes, but they were something you wouldn’t let your young children look at.

So, why is it we hear (almost daily) of some wacko leftist judge ruling against a sensible law or EO, yet there doesn’t seem to be a conservative judge out there ready to issue his/her own “orders” canceling out any of the countless idiotic leftist laws and regulations we all have to endure?

Well, this is a different kind of case, seeing how the USSC has already ruled that CO couldn’t do what they were doing.

If it get to the USSC again they will slap CO so hard that their grandchildren will limp!
