Train your employees to just hang up on SJW types
Don't answer their questions, don't tell them anything.
Just hang up, or if they come into the shop, close up and ask them to leave without exchanging any words with them. Kind of like never interacting with police.
If they persist, have them arrested for trespassing.
Just hang up.
