You might be right. But until the presidency of Barack Obama, liberals and conservatives were at least civil to each other. That's all gone now.

For decades, most all the media outlets have been progressively, more and more, little more than shills and propagandists for the American left and the Democrat party. It gets worse every year and has reached many new highs since Trump was elected.
The media of leftist shills and propagandists are in no way journalists and they deserve no respect from anyone. It’s just a question of who agrees with their leftist goals and who opposes them.
Republicans and conservatives should have begun throwing their dishonesty and pretend-journalism back into their faces many years ago. Thankfully, President Trump has started that and many others should join him, but I’m not holding my breath.
