Disagree...I'm looking forward to see how F. Chuck Todd on MTP twists himself to support Brennan, who has no, nada, zero, 0.0 grounds for maintaining his security clearance.

Expect to hear "totalitarian" and "fascist" characterizations from Chucky

Heres a great thread done this week by thomas Wictor that shows our countrys new ways of fighting wars especially in the mid east. Its huge news and no one is covering it at all:its below:
.....................
https://threadreaderapp.com/thread/1029992039784435713.html?utm_source=email&utm_medium=alert&utm_campaign=internal
..........................
Thread by @ThomasWictor: “@HeshmatAlavi (1) As always, there’s no mention of the Gulf Cooperation Council. This tells me what will happen. wsj.com/articles/the-s… @He […]” #RegimeChange

mentions (1) As always, there’s no mention of the Gulf Cooperation Council.

This tells me what will happen.

The Saudis Reply to Iran’s Rising Danger
In The Wall Street Journal, Sohrab Ahmari interviews Anwar Eshki about the response of Saudi Arabia to the rising threat from Iran in the Middle East.

https://www.wsj.com/articles/the-saudis-reply-to-irans-rising-danger-1440197120
mentions (2) As powerful as the US is, @realDonaldTrump is doing as MIDDLE EASTERNERS ask.

So in a very real sense, the US doesn’t have a say in what will happen.

We will HELP, but there’s no way that Trump will “take charge.”
mentions (3) After Trump became president, the Pentagon called him with a request by an America officer in Syria who wanted permission to advance.

“Who is this officer?” Trump asked.

“He’s a West Point graduate with several years’ combat experience in the Middle East.”
mentions (4) Trump told the Pentagon, “So why do you think I know better than this combat veteran on the ground, who’s seeing what’s happening around him? Tell him he needs to do what he thinks is best and not worry about me.”
mentions (5) Trump knows that Middle Easterners are on the ground, seeing what’s going on around them.

It’s very likely that Trump WILL meet with the mullahs’ representatives.

If he does, he will tell them what Iranians and other Middle Easterners ask him to say.
mentions (6) James Mattis said that he doesn’t do anything in the Middle East without consulting with the defense ministers of allied countries.

My guess is that everything is now UNDERSTOOD, so when Mattis gives an order, he knows that our allies will approve.
mentions (7) The Foreign Policy article makes now mention of the horrible brutality of the mullahs.

Now, you and I have never spoken about your feelings toward other Middle Easterners, and I see no reason why we SHOULD speak about it.

BUT.
mentions (8) I’ve studied Mohammed bin Salman daily since March of 2015.

I would bet my house that his main motivation is justice for the oppressed.

Like Trump, he’s a rare billionaire who uses his wealth and power to improve the lives of others.
mentions (9) I don’t see the GCC agreeing to let the mullahs stay, under any circumstances.

The mullahs have caused too much suffering.

If you listen to the Saudis, they carefully say they’re willing to be friends with IRAN.

They never say that they’re willing to accept the mullahs.
mentions (10) I never tell people how to think, and I don’t demand that people agree with me.

But I’m positive that the GCC is not interested in dominating Iran, and that after the mullahs are gone, tons of Arab businesses will instantly invest in Iran.
mentions (11) People paint this as Sunni-Shia conflict, but if you look at the speed in which Saudi Arabia is reforming, it shows that the country is not the rigid, fanatical place described by the press.
mentions (12) The main problem with the Middle East is westerners giving orders.

When that happens, it conjures up centuries of abuse.

As for Putin, he appears to be out of gas.

He’ll playact any role that gives him international prestige.
mentions (13) So even if Trump has some form of meeting with the mullahs’ people, that doesn’t mean the uprising will stop.

If you study military issues, you can see that MASSIVE damage has been done to the IRGC and Hezbollah and the Houthis.
mentions (14) I seriously doubt that after all that effort, the mullahs will stay in power.

EVERYTHING is pointing toward #RegimeChange—but not brought about by the US.

Bolton is telling the truth that it’s not OUR policy to overthrow the mullahs.
mentions (15) But the Saudis have said in plain language since 2015 that the mullahs will go.

When #RegimeChange happens, it will take us all by surprise.

Everything I’ve seen in the Middle East since 2015 has no antecedent.

Nobody has EVER DONE THIS STUFF BEFORE.
mentions (16) So my guess is the Trump will follow the script laid out in Foreign Policy, but the Iranian people will get their #RegimeChange anyway...

I cannot stand this Brennen guy.

The way he’s been talking about the President. I’d have been just as mad had the former head of the CIA talked so badly about Obama.

Can’t stand the man.

My nephew, a state trooper in the state of Merryland, puts up a post about how much he admires Brennen and he thinks it’s awful that Trump wants to take away his clearance.

First, can’t stand this kid. What the hell is a state trooper doing defending Communists?

Second, kid knows absolutely nothing about politics. He tries to be liberal but he knows no facts.

This Brennen guy is not beloved by America and his constant exposure only makes us hate him more.

Wall Ass keeps harping on Brennan’s clearance being removed and how Trump’s making it political. BS The main reason Brennan’s clearance was removed is Brennan orchestrated an attempted coup of the Trump administration. Wall ass has no one on to present Brennan’s attempted coup.

No blue wave, but I think you’ll see surprising results in the Northeast...I think 4 Congressional Districts might flip and you might see a surprise in Connecticut with Stefanowski bringing Republicans into the State Senate and more R in the state House...

Brennan is the one who made himself “political”, and losing a security clearance is obviously NOT suppressing his screech!

I’m on a staycation watching deep state rat-face Wallace trying to emulate his communist, smear mechant dad.

What a POS he is. Brennan getting his clearance pulled apparently is a national tragedy and a huge story....while the rest of the country is either glad or couldn’t give a crap.

He thinks nobody notices his panel of neverTrumpers and deep staters.

I normally do not waste my Sunday mornings watching these highly ignorant and extremely gullible swamp creatures on tv that are completely out of touch with America. .

However, today I decided a look at Fox News Sunday. How does Chris Wallace even have a job? The twit asks one dumb@ss question after the next. He is also makes one dumb@ss comment after the next. Simply astounding Fox News even gives him a platform!

New York: New details have emerged on how US navy SEALs gave Osama bin Laden a ‘blunt’ sea burial to end his myth, after they killed the al Qaeda chief during a raid in Pakistan’s garrison town of Abbottabad. The SEALs planned disposal of bin Laden’s body on the basis on a similar burial they carried out for Saleh Ali Saleh Nabhan, a top al Qaeda leader in East Africa, in 2009.

But, US deputy national security advisor “John Brennan” did call up a former Saudi intelligence official, asking him whether the country was interested in taking the body of Bin Laden as his relatives were there and once he was a citizen of Saudi Arabia. However, there was “no positive response from the other side”, a magazine reported.

“All along, the SEALs had planned to dump bin Laden’s corpse into the sea, a blunt way of ending the bin Laden myth,” the magazine said.

Nabhan’s corpse was flown to a ship in the Indian Ocean and was given proper Muslim rites before being thrown overboard.

In the case of bin Laden’s corpse, flip-wing V-22 Osprey flew the body from a US base in Afghanistan’s Bagram to USS Carl Vinson a thousand-foot-long nuclear-powered aircraft carrier sailing in the Arabian Sea, off the Pakistani coast - in another violation of Islamabad’s airspace.

Once the body reached Carl Vinson, it was washed, wrapped in a white burial shroud, weighted, and then slipped inside a bag.

The process was done “in strict conformance with Islamic precepts and practices,” Brennan later told reporters in Washington.

The shrouded body was placed “on an open-air elevator, and rode down with it to the lower level, which functions as a hangar for airplanes. From a height of between twenty and twenty-five feet above the waves, they heaved the corpse into the water,” the magazine said.

Earlier Jalalabad where the corpse was brought, a pair of SEALs unloaded the body bag and unzipped it so that man in charge of the mission Vice Adm William H McRaven and the CIA station chief could see bin Laden’s corpse with their own eyes. Photographs were taken of bin Laden’s face and then of his outstretched body.

Bin Laden, 54, was believed to be about six feet four, “but no one had a tape measure to confirm the body’s length. So one SEAL, who was six feet tall, lay beside the corpse - it measured roughly four inches longer than the American,” it said.

Minutes later, McRaven appeared on the teleconference screen in the Situation Room in the White House and confirmed that bin Laden’s body was in the bag. The corpse was sent to Bagram.
...................
In this case, Brennan briefed some ex-intelligence guys about an issue so they would spin it in the direction the Obama administration wanted it to go and one of the recipients compromised an agent on the ground by talking too much. Now Brennan is in the position of being told classified information that he can use for his television gig. It is really that simple.

First, let’s clear the undergrowth. No one has the right to a security clearance. In particular, there is no right to use a security clearance to enrich yourself and that is exactly what Brennan and James Clapper, in particular, are doing. Allowing retired and former officials to retain their clearance is a courtesy and by any measure, those two guys are not in need of any courtesy from the administration.
....................
Back to the op-ed, McRaven is showing solidarity with a buddy, with a fellow member of the Resistance. This is theater. If he wants his security clearance revoked, President Trump should accommodate him or anyone else that feels that way. He’s showing that his loyalty to Brennan is higher than his loyalty to either the Navy or Special Operations or the nation and if he feels that way, it is dangerous for him to keep a clearance.
https://www.redstate.com/streiff/2018/08/16/admiral-bill-mcraven-dares-president-trump-take-security-clearance-trump/

also keep in mind adm.bill McCraven was the one who dumped OBL’s double overboard after he was killed in abbotobad.
Irnoically head of NSA at the time MUslim John Brennan wanted to make sure he didnt piss off any of his muslim buddies and called relaitves of OBL to see if they wanted the body. They didtn which speaks volumces of whether or not the bodya
ACTUALLY WAS OBL OR NOT
If the family didnt want the obdy and they didnt evern bother to measure the exact heighth of the doulbe all they did was:
LET A SAILOR LIE DOWN NEXT TO THE BODY AND ESTIMATE!!
then what was relaly going on who was really dumped over the side?I think I know.

Walice, referring to DJT’s termination of security clearances, keeps saying “his critics”

No moron, they’re not “his critics” these are bad actors in the deep state, including Pear Body and The Queer from Kenya.

Very typical of RATs, blaming the Republicans they have actually done, in this case accusing the President of “colluding with the Russians to influence the election”. It’s a massive coverup of the biggest scandal in the history of the USA.

The FBI actually committed fraud on the FISA court (who was probably also in on it) Nellie Ohr, wife of DOJ official Bruce Ohr worked for Fusion GPS to obtain and likeley generate the “dirty dossier”. The Clinton Campaign paid for it. Comey carefully laid out all of Hillary’s actionable criminal activity and then pretended to “exonerate” her etc etc etc
