How could a refugee from Iraq with ties to ISIS slip through to U.S.?

When he applied for refugee status in the United States, Omar Abdulsattar Ameen told officials he was fleeing persecution in his native Iraq. He was cleared by federal officials to immigrate in 2014 and eventually settled in Sacramento, where he worked as an auto mechanic to make ends meet. But authorities say Ameen’s dramatic arrest Wednesday revealed an uglier truth: He was the persecutor.

Ameen entered the country during the Obama administration and before President Trump last year signed an executive order that “identified and implemented additional security screening procedures … with additional vetting for certain nationals of certain high-risk countries,” a spokeswoman said in a statement.

Thank God for President Trump

A police state needs crimes to justify its existence so when Americans refuse to be criminals the police state imports foreigners to “do the work Americans won’t do.”

“The 45-year-old was arrested at an apartment complex on suspicion of killing a police officer in Iraq in 2014 and is accused of having deep ties to the Islamic State and al Qaeda terrorist groups, according to the Department of Justice. His arrest has stirred up disturbing questions about the country’s refugee vetting process, which resettlement agencies and federal officials have insisted is air tight.”

If the CIA and intel community would be more focused on catching terrorists, instead of making up phony charges against our president, maybe they would not have allowed this terrorist into the US.

ISIS announced publicly they would infiltrate refugee programs worldwide.

Yet Obama let in 10s of thousands since that announcement from ISIS countries.

And it appears CATO supports that.

There are likely hundreds, if not thousands, just like Ameen who have not been identified yet.

Just waiting for that call...

If the Iranian sleeper cells currently nesting comfortably in the US ever launch widespread destruction, many people will be asking that question. The problem is that anybody that tries to effectuate effective measures to protect the American people is labeled as “racist”, Islamophobic”, “paranoid” or behaving in an “unconstitutional manner that violates civil and human rights”. Sadly there no longer exists that patriotic, nationalist consensus that is necessary to protect the American people.

“How could a refugee from Iraq with ties to ISIS slip through to U.S.?”

What a stupid *** question!

News flash, Turd-world countries don’t issue birth certificates or even keep records of births and deaths. There is no way of telling if they are who they say they are.

Well, actually they do issue birth certificates, and they do keep records of births, marriages and deaths. The problem is that their record keeping is a little spotty, and many of these locations have become war zones. Any government building frequently becomes a strongpoint for the army defending a city, and draws a lot of firepower from the army trying to take the city. So frequently the buildings, and the public records they contain, are destroyed as a result of the war.

That isn't our problem. I'm sorry but our national security, and our duty to keep American civilians safe, comes first. Anyone coming into this country from a war zone, or a Muslim country where terrorists have been active, must be thoroughly vetted.

‘Spotty’ means they don’t keep records that can be trusted. They just as well keep none at all.

After years of Obama and USCIS Leon Rodriguez flooding the US with terrorists, misfits, miscreants and greedsters, the Immigration agency scrubs ‘nation of immigrants’ from mission statement

SOURCE NY POST / by By Lia Eustachewich / February 23, 2018

America is no longer a “nation of immigrants.”

The US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) scrubbed that phrase from its mission statement late Thursday and now refers to itself as administering “the nation’s lawful immigration system.”

The agency that controls the nation’s citizenships, green cards and visas also updated its statement to say it’s tasked with “safeguarding its integrity and promise by efficiently and fairly adjudicating requests for immigration benefits while protecting Americans, securing the homeland, and honoring our values.”

In a letter to employees, USCIS Director L. Francis Cissna said the sweeping changes create a “straightforward statement (that) clearly defines the agency’s role in our country’s lawful immigration system and the commitment we have to the American people.”

Cissna — who was appointed under the Trump administration — told staff in an email that the revision was made to “guide us in the years ahead,” the Washington Examiner reported. USCIS’s original mission statement read: “USCIS secures America’s promise as a nation of immigrants by providing accurate and useful information to our customers, granting immigration and citizenship benefits, promoting an awareness and understanding of citizenship, and ensuring the integrity of our immigration system.”

Cissna said the word “customers” was also nixed as “a reminder we are always working for the American people,” according to his letter. “We answer to the American people who look to us to ensure people who are eligible for immigration benefits receive them and those who are not eligible — either because they don’t qualify or because they attempt to qualify by fraud — don’t receive them, and those who would do us harm are not granted immigration benefits,” he said.

León Rodríguez, hand-picked by Obama to lead USCIS from 2014 to 2017, called the mission statement update a “particularly sad turn of history.”

“We should not forget that under the discarded mission statement, the integrity and national security functions of USCIS grew — dramatically so — showing that we could be both a welcoming nation and a safe one,” Rodríguez told the Times. “We should stop to reflect about the many opportunities that America will lose because of the attitudes reflected in this statement, and ask ourselves whether this is really the country we want to be.”

Remember all the TV shows about Nazi war criminals lurking about in hiding in Everytown, USA. How they assumed new identities and blended in. Now we have real functioning terrorists among us and....well not much interest in the media about these 21st century war criminals.
