It's been a tough year, which have taught most people not to rely on the government. This is not to say that we didn't get a lot of help. We did and we're thankful for that. But for the first few weeks, we had to survive on our own. And we did. And we learned. When most needed, the government will just take care of itself.

We have no interest in Puerto Rico. We sure didn’t take them to raise and don’t want their liability Time to cut the cord.

With no electricity and dwindling supplies, anxious residents scribbled a plea to the world on the pavement at an intersection in town. "S.O.S," it read. "Necesitamos Agua/Comida." We need water and food.

Food and water are a must. If I heard a hurricane was beating down on my island I think I might stockpile and find a way to prepare knowing the governments are inept.

The elected government of Puerto Rico has been running a Ponzi Scheme for years.

When the people of Puerto Rico jail these politician crooks and confiscate their stolen goods, then we’ll know they are serious.

I am sorry about the loss of your husband. Sounds like you are doing great. I am really sorry. I have some experience with Alzheimer’s and it is so hard on the survivors
