If campaign money was not used it was not a campaign finance violation. It was a private contract between two parties.

“If campaign money was not used it was not a campaign finance violation. It was a private contract between two parties”

Why would a Billionaire KNOWINGLY payoff a Golddigger with Campaign funds? It was pocket change He wouldn’t KNOWINGLY! And one of the charges is that Cohen illegally charged Trump restitution by burying it in Legal fees he didn’t perform. What am I missing here?

This is all a coordinated attack by the deep swampthe rats and mediapukes to bring Trump down before the midterm elections! The republicans must’ve been kicking ass in the polls for the evil rats to drop all these duds this early on!

No matter how you slice it, this looks bad. Trump will have to argue that Cohen lied to the court under pressure to get a lesser penalty.

Cohen was talked into pleading guilty to a non-existent crime. It is not a crime to pay off a person on behalf of a client, and get reimbursed later, and it’s not anything to do with campaign laws.

Isn't the attorney supposed to advise and direct his client? Cohen's claiming Trump directed him, but Cohen should have advised Trump as to what was legal and not legal.

As for impeachment, I thought the president couldn't be impeached for something that happened before he got into office.

Trump's team should drive home that Lanny Davis is a dem hack whose sole goal is to get Trump. He has obviously sacrificed his own client to go after Trump. To get his client to accept a plea deal in which he serves time for a campaign finance violation, among other things, seems so wrong.

Stay on the economy, all the good that he has brought and the ultimate goal to make America great again and keep America great again.

I believe Trump will fight harder than ever to get Republicans elected. Patriots have to get out and vote. And pray, pray, pray.

What I don’t understand is why did Cohen pay off these women? Trump was attacked the entire time of the campaign and yet he survived and won. Nobody would have cared about these women.

“Now, Cohen has pled guilty to a felony campaign finance violation at the direction of the candidate.”

I don’t see where this would be a campaign
finance violation when Trump could easily
write a check from his own account to
make these two payments. Unless Cohen wrote
the checks from Trump’s campaign
then Trump later reimbursed the campaign.

Is this all Mueller and his Clintoonoids can come up with? A little wimpy, New Yawk lawyer in a sh*tty diaper? Two problems. 1. Cohen is a lawyer. 2. Cohen is a lying lawyer. Sorry Bobby. You lose. Zero credibility. Cohen is just trying to stay out of prison.

This has been going on for years... is that all mueller has? after all this time?

Cohen worded it the way this article states? someone else made him do it?

Trump has been a womanizer for most of his life... he enjoyed that life and the women wanted money.. so what else is new.

As long as they ignore the crimes... real prison type crimes... with all of the obama bunch and hillary.. as long as the top positions in our gov are doing what they are doing.. when the guilty can interrogate the innocent.. when the guilty can ruin a man just because he has the position and no one stops him.. as long as it is that black and white in the elite world.. this and nothing else they could dream up.. makes NO difference in my vote for Trump. There is NOTHING that could sway me from Trump when they are a living example of corruptness and hate.. and revenge.

What mueller is doing is making the folks out here more angry and there is no way in hell I’d vote for the other side... my hope is they are taken to task and given the punishment they have earned!

David did some awful things in his lifetime.. and yet he was so loved by God... God chose him and used him.. what he did that was so wrong, did not stop being the man after God’s heart. He was willing... he messed up but he was willing. So is Donald J Trump...

Q. Why can’t Mueller use viagra?

A. Because it makes his entire body stiff...

Payoffs to women to silence them and/or settle lawsuits (thus influencing elections), appears to be a longstanding tradition in America.

On Thursday, the Office of Compliance released additional information indicating that it has paid victims more than $17 million since its creation in the 1990s. That includes all settlements, not just related to sexual harassment, but also discrimination and other cases.

And further, in the case of Congress, they didn't even use their own money to silence these broads.
