They can't control Federal spending or fulfill their oversight responsibilities. They can't investigate corruption. But they can shoot their mouths off to the media about a pardon that has not even been proposed.

So the president can’t pardon. Can’t enforce existing laws. Can’t make executive orders or rescind orders from previous presidents. He can’t take steps, stipulated in the Constitution, to protect the country and its borders. He can’t name judges, fire members of the executive branch or force states to obey federal law. Are some people reading a different edition of the Constitution than I am?
