U.S. Citizen and U.S. Canine are out and about doing the things that are normal. They find a “sprinkler head” and upon inspection it SPRAYS CYANIDE POWDER on THEM. It KILLS U.S. Canine and U.S Citizen is Injured and has Severe Long-lasting Medical problems that may be Permanent and Disabling

i thought these were banned after previous such encounters?All the ones I’ve seen were clearly marked with 4 flags and signs were posted at every entrance with a warning saying the devices were in use and a picture of the device. I don’t like them and stated so up above but they have been in use since the 1930’s.
