One, American blacks don't own 72% of the arable farmland in this country. Two, blacks didn't settle here hundreds of years ago, and turn a wasteland into a rich and productive country. Three, American blacks were never the dominant, ruling (racial) group in this country.
If racial demographics in South Africa were the same as they are here, their current situation would be very different.

IF those farms are mortgaged by the Land Bank, and they are confiscated & no one pays off those mortgages, that will cause the complete collapse of the Land Bank system in S Africa.
ANY future ‘owner/occupant’ of such land will NEVER be able to get a ‘mortgage because of the default of the prior mortgage on that same land.
IF all those blacks had the skills to actually operate a farm profitably, they would have done so centuries ago.
