And here's a joke for ya....
A man was sitting on a blanket at the beach. He had no arms and no legs. Three women, from England, Wales, and Ireland, were walking past and felt sorry for the poor man.
The English woman said, 'Have you ever had a hug?' The man said, 'No, so she gave him a hug and stepped back.
The Welsh woman said, 'Have you ever had a kiss?' The man said, 'No, so she gave him a kiss and stepped away.
The Irish woman came to him and said, 'ave ya ever been fooked laddie? The man broke into a big smile and said, 'no'. She said, 'Aye ...ya will be when the tide comes in.
One of my radios also does CB bands. I also live in the middle of nowhere and I will get a license at some point. Too busy right now. I think a CB will be fine for neighbors up to a couple of miles. Ham will get you up and down the coast or overseas if conditions are good. Low solar activity for the next few years will probably make ham more difficult.
Thanks!
Ham radio is not the same as CB. You actually have to pass a test which has a mix of questions on electronics, operating, and legal requirements.
Yes, CB is just a sliver of the spectrum: https://www.dxing.com/tuning.htm and the power can only be 4 or 5 watts. In contrast a typical ham radio will be 100W and can be as high as 1.5 kW. The FCC can and will bust 1/4W unlicensed.
Who are the operatives and where are there ham radios? Dumped in the swamp??? Or the Atlantic?
Justice Department official Bruce Ohr gave lawmakers “a list of half a dozen” senior FBI and DOJ officials who knew about his interactions with people tied to the Trump dossier, according to a GOP congressman.
And the Kenyan’s White Hut? Was the GOP afraid to even ask that question?
The system is rigged! They can do anything they want and get away with it. God help us if that is true!
