CNN Contributor: 'How to Prepare for Ex-President Trump'

Although President Donald Trump has been in office for less that two years, many of those afflicted with extreme Trump Derangement Syndrome are already fantasizing about his exit from office. Among those is Georgetown University law professor Joshua A. Geltzer, whose TDS fantasy about Trump's departure is notable for the fact that it is coated in several thick layers of unadulterated smug.

Geltzer even suggested something of a journolist consortium to act in tandem to toss any news about Trump down a collective memory hole after his future departure in his CNN guest column, "How to prepare for ex-President Trump":

Yet another example of extreme TDS. Planning for not only Trump's exit from office but on how to send him down the memory hole via a new type of Journolist consortium.

Australia’s Ambassador to Washington DC is on a visit to Australia:

31 Aug: SBS: AAP: Hockey says ‘formidable’ Trump will be re-elected
Australia’s ambassador to the US, Joe Hockey, says Donald Trump is one of the most formidable politicians he’s seen in his life and is backing him for re-election
Australia’s ambassador to the United States says Trump is authentic, not as aggressive in person as he is on Twitter, and is underestimated by many people.
“He is one of the most formidable politicians I’ve ever seen in my life,” he told Sydney’s 2GB radio...

Mr Hockey, in Australia this week, said he’s had a number of private engagements with the president - including some fairway therapy, most recently in April - and admired his “very inquisitive mind”.
“He’s always asking questions about ‘what do you think of this? What do you think of that?’...
The former Liberal treasurer felt there was a lot of momentum behind him in the US, and lauded him for fulfilling his promises to cut taxes, boosting the American economy, tearing up the Trans-Pacific Partnership, pulling out of the Paris climate agreement and moving the US embassy in Israel to Jerusalem.
“When is the last time you had a president like that?
“If I was a betting man I would say you would bet that he’d be re-elected.”...

The left lives in a perpetual fantasy, delusion they created. It is scary.

I actually don’t want ANY foreign ambassadors getting involved in our elections or backing any candidates.

Everyone else gets to be “former President so-and-so”.

Only Trump will be an “ex-President”.

Around January of 2025, they can prepare for a Trumpless administration. But after eight years of having a real executive running the country....why would go back to pretender politicians? I think both parties have a long-term problem because people will start to demand this type of executive, and these idiot Senators and most of the Governors...can’t deliver that style.

That’s what I call thinking ahead! They have until January 2025 to prepare for this.

Like Obama did in Israel, Canada, Syria, Libya, UK and god knows where else?

But wait, I thought the left thought that he was a facist nazi. They never leave office. There will be no post Trump era because Don Jr will just take over the throne and then after 40 years of that dictatorship, Baron’s up next.

At least that’s what I thought they thought.

No interference. One of his jobs is to assess the political climate in whatever country he’s credentialed and report the same back to his government. It’s what ambassadors have been doing since the time of Hammurabi. And it’s good that the Australians know that they can take nothing, literally nothing, reported in the American press seriously.

Well, I, and probably 99% of the FReepers here, can relate, as I prepared for Obama’s departure from almost day 1 of his presidency. He was so bad that I thought surely he’s going to be beat by Romney...but no...4 more years of preparing, waiting for his departure....

Well professor, if you’re still alive and employed in 2024, you’ll have to ask yourself which of Trump’s policies President Pence might change?

This is weird. I caught Mikas opening monologue today on Moanin’ Joe. According to her, Trump will be out of a job by this afternoon. His staff is all leaving, his Cabinet members are all gone, he is up to his orange hair in indictments, blah blah blah.

They are all nuts, Jim.

it really is scary...I figured that at some point with all the mounting exposure of the “Deep State” the MSM and liberals in general would HAVE to come around..... but the more I see of them...The More I believe they are part of it!...

Now THAT is scary!!
