The dirty cops who plant evidence, lie to make false arrests, who shoot people they don’t like, who rob people on the side of the road, who lie to cover up for the crimes of other cops, who openly hold the Constitution in contempt, who can’t be bothered with the First, Second, Fourth, and Fifth Amendments...yes, I hate them and I want them removed from their jobs and prosecuted when they should be.

I’ve seen law enforcement types interact with people who have psych issues or are under the influence. The officers frequently have a tendency to escalate things. They have a different mindset, but barking orders and yelling and threatening aren’t always the best methods to communicate and get cooperation.
Translation: THE COPS SHOT SOMEONE.
