I have four of these replica BB pistols - none of them had an orange (or white) tip. I have a range set up in the backyard - would never fire a real pistol there. Nice little stress reliever when I don't have time to run to the range and shot a real pistol.
If a LE person came to inquire about my activity, I would immediately put the gun on the ground - it looks too much like a real pistol for any LE to take chances with it.
Same here. If someone is pointing a gun at you you're already behind the curve in terms of time to react. You either take action or wait for your fate.

Big deal. You seem to be implying that your thinking is somehow unique, but there’s little doubt that the vast majority of Americans think the same as you do. Although I’m sure most do not assume cops are guilty until proved innocent, so perhaps that’s where you’re thinking is unique.
